No its not about 5 target limit that some may have hoped would be removed. I was slow to get the upgrade to Dazzling Array, today I finally got it. Took a look at power cost. Cursed for wasting a pearl. Took a look at lvl 30 version of it, Bewildering Cascade. Chuckled. Now I have Bewildering Cascade on my hotbar. The end.

Woah, they changed the lower level versions of the stun. Stunning Array used to be only 3.5s, and Bewildering Cascade 3.0s. But yah, now it makes no sense at all to use Dazzling Array honestly, what with Bewildering Cascade 3.5s duration and 131 power cost vs. 241 power cost on Dazzling Array. But meh, power isn't so much an issue in most cases.

Don't you guys suffer bad resist rates when using a low level spell in order to save power?

Generally the lower level spells have a harder time sticking. Kinda like trying to use a level 40 poison on a t6 mob. I would be interested to know how well it will stick?

lvl of spell has nothing to do with resist. the only determining factor for getting a spell to stick is its quality.

The only benefit of higher lvl spells (pure crowd control spells) is the longer duration. in case of Stunning Array vs. Dazzling Array duration increase is marginal while power cost increase is crazy. To go with master 2 Stunning Array when respec at later lvl seemed to be a good choice to me.
