Talking about two useless nerves..for sure phantasmal brilliance.. why half the duration, sigh.and brilliant regalia..shrug. 0.5 cast time is nice but in the end its just 1 second shorter.. wasn't needed imo

Good point, power cost is up to 190. Power cost on brilliant regalia and abduct mind, unchanged.

<DIV>i still dont see how the regallia line is an emergency mezz. the 0.5sec cast on the aoe stun was always good enough.....but now thats been increased to 1s. not to mention that in an emergency were betting off running and using abduct mind than standing and using regalia.</DIV>
