<DIV>I was looking for something else and stumbled across this on the official website...</DIV> <DIV>On the title bar of the main page for EQ2, if you click on magic and then run the cursor over Illusionist, this is what it says....</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>llusory Terrain<BR>Spell that teleports the party to a safe area, allowing the party to instantly escape from a dangerous situation.<BR>Use: Utility</DIV> <DIV>Chromatic Shift<BR>Spell that aids a party member by replenishing Power whenever that member takes magical damage.<BR>Use: Combat Buff</DIV> <DIV>Gloom<BR>Spell that calls forth a terrifying illusion, doing Mental damage over time and reducing the damage output of all opponents within the area of effect.<BR>Use: Damage</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Now I think I remember reading this well before game launch, but doesnt it seem odd that SOE is having a birthday party and never changed it's baby's diapers from when it left the hosptial?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<P>I heard about this in Beta.  Think they scrapped it then.</P> <P>I think EQ2 has grown exponentially since launch.  A would not call a few text errors on insignificant pages of a website 'still in diapers'.  </P> <P>Do you remember the Launch Illusionist?  It was misery.</P>

... I dont think its unreasonable to have SoE remove the pre-live class info, that never came to be, from the website that describes our class.   It would reasonable to expect to find that the info describing our class atleast describe ablities we actually have, and not describing ablities that we haven't had since before the game left beta.
