<P>This spell, Psychotic Spectrum, was a weak AoE before the combat update, but had the benifit of a stifle. Then in beta, they increased the damage and made it a great AoE damage spell, but removed the stifle that was with it. Then they realized it was too powerful, so they brought it back to a weak AoE. Where is the stifle that was originally with it. If you return it to it's weak state, at least give us back our stifle!</P>

If you return it to it's weak state, at least give us back our stifle!</P><BR> <HR> </BLOCKQUOTE> <P><BR>For the longest, this spell has been an AOE interupt.  Currently it is a damned good one too.  It interupts upon striking, and termination (9 seconds later).  Color shower is now our AOE stifle.</P> <P>IMO this spell is fine the way it is as we have enoough spells that do not work on epics.</P> <P></P>

Another nice feature of this spell is that Dynamism can proc twice with it - once on the initial cast, and once on the "cast on termination" interrupt.Color Shower, obtained at 50, I believe still has a stifle attatched to it.<p></p>

<P></P>The original spell, before revamp, was a stifle that worked on epics. That is what I was looking to get back. They made it stronger, took off the stifle, then weakened it, but did not put back the stifle that would work on epics.

Would be nice to have this spell do something more than just interrupt twice during duration. As said, a good solution would be instantly, and every 3 seconds to interrupt. That would be an interrupt for us every 3 seconds. Also our stifles and stuns should have an interrupt added to them.

You know that is what we should all ask for.  Have all stifle spells have an interupt component every three seconds that works on Epics.  That way it has no increased effect on mobs that can be stifled.  Coercers should jump on this band wagon. <P></P>
