How do I obtain 'Mana Cloak' L35 spell?

You can either a) Buy Bloodline Chronicles and deal with that, or b) pay a sage to make the Apprentice IV for ya <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Obviously b is the easier choice, can also get an Adept III made with an opal/ruthenium.

Considering the relatively cheap prices of T4 rares, I'd say yes.  It scales as you level and has no replacement. <p></p>

<P>The adept3 of this spell is one of the best spells we get, you won't use it that often... but when you do, it will take care of your tanks power for 3 minutes.  If a mob drains your tank, this is a very effective way to fix the problem quickly.  If you are on a raid and not in the a tanking group then it will be pretty useless, but otherwise, you'll love it.</P>

At adept 3, it has a 33% chance to give the target 120-200 power.  Obviously tanks gain a lot more from this than non-tanks.  Against groups of mobs, a tank can spam all his abilities and still regenerate to full power in about 30 seconds.
