Level 47 Pet-damage

Is that a joke? Or why is the pet using T2-spells at level 47+, Adept III? <img src="http://img125.imageshack.us/img125/3931/petdamage8oz.jpg"> (I have this only in german) Düsterkeit = Gloom (Level 14) Phantasmal Ray (Level 20) Egoschock = Ego Shock (Level 11) The pet makes almost more damage with meeleattack (which is used more often) <div></div>

<P>well its not actually using T2 spells.</P> <P>let me try to explain:</P> <P>the pet its using a dot. the dot is called gloom. this dot will upgrade similar to our dot line. but unlike our dot it doesnt get a new name when upgrade. so the illusionist himself gets gloom > nightmare > wither hope. the pet gets gloom[pet version1] >gloom[pet version2] > gloom [pet version3]</P> <DIV>the problem is that the pet spells do not scale properly.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>at lvl 20 the pet will use spells similar strong to adept 1 version of the illusionist.</DIV> <DIV>at lvl 50 the pet will use spells that are stronger than at lvl 20, but still far weaker than the app 1 version of the illusionist.</DIV>

I see...that could be possible. Must be the reason why he makes a little bit more damage with T2-spells. IMHO they should increase the damage slightly... <div></div>
