<DIV>Has anyone managed to find App II scrolls in vendors for the level 20 spell Phantasmal Ray?  Or, any higher versions?  I've looked all around Qeynos on Crushbone to try to find it and I have yet to be able to do so.</DIV>

They introduced this spell with the revamp, so it's possible that they forgot to include it on the vendors.  Maybe do a /feedback about it? <div></div>

It's in the sage recipe books; ask your crafting channel for a low-level sage willing to make an AppIV for you. Our DPS is low enough without horrible AppII damage spells. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
