<DIV>I understand the premise that it dispels effects but how many does it dispel each cast? All or 1?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If it does only 1, which one does it do? </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>How do you know when to use it on a mob and what effect is has on said mob?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>How do you know if you have cast it enough times?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thoughts?</DIV><p>Message Edited by KaltenAlThor on <span class=date_text>09-30-2005</span> <span class=time_text>11:58 AM</span>

<span><blockquote><hr>KaltenAlThor wrote:<div></div> <div> </div> <div>Thoughts?</div><hr></blockquote> I think I've used it once? Maybe? It was a great line of spells in eq, and maybe it's good for duals but I've never found much use for it in PvE. I could be way off here though...you'd think this could be a really useful spell in some cases...</span><div></div>

<DIV>has anyone caught an npc buffing itself when not engaged?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>for those that played EQ1, you may remember a shaman npc would spawn and proceed to SoW, haste, regen and stat buff itself. so starting off with a dispel was smart and prudent in EQ1.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>in EQ2, i can't think of a time i have ever seen a non-engaged encounter even cast a spell/art. which would put the usefulness of this spell in the PVP and very situational encounters.</DIV>

Same ive seen an npc buff itself many a tyme, I too though am confused about dispel, same as with cure arcane, in an epic fight the other night I used cure arcane on our silenced mystic and it didnt strip the silence off him, possibly because it was epic? and there no real way to see what buffs your taking off the mob when you dispel them, probably good to test this in some PvP fights with a friend who can tell you what buffs they have on and what it takes away and so forth=)
