Anybody know where to buy AP IIs of the new spells?

I don't normally buy them, but as I suspect it will take a while for Adepts to come onto the market at a reasonable price, I thought I would this time. <div></div>

<DIV>A bit confused.  Dinged 51 last night and went searching for spell upgrades.  Nothing on the brokers at the Golden Scepter conned white (useable) to me.  I was able to buy off the broker phantasmal brilliance (app IV) but could not find the app II version at the merchants.  A quick persual showed a few of our higher level spells available but it seems hit and miss.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Question:  Are there seperate merchants for the different archtypes or do I need to raise faction?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Syrinx </DIV> <DIV>51 Chanter,  Blackburrow</DIV>

The Golden Scepter only has <i>some </i>of the App II's.  The others may be purchased from any Court when you have good enough faction.  A faction of Kindly will get you level 51-53 spells. <div></div>
