Psychotic Spectrum Master I worth?

<DIV>I'd definitely hold onto it until after the spell revamp at least. I'm almost sure that Pyschotic Spectrum is going to get some sort of boost, seeing as it does less damage than the lvl 30 Training Option that it shares a timer with. The Training option ticks 4 times (iirc) for mid 30's damage, on top of the initial 80-odd damage when it's applied, so it's a much better choice, especially as that's 4 more chances for our Reactive Dmg Proc DoT to go off.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Prismatic Strife is a MUCH better DD AoE, and at the moment a Master of that would go for more even tho it's only a lvl 38 spell.</DIV> <p>Message Edited by Mallevi on <span class=date_text>07-11-2005</span> <span class=time_text>05:58 AM</span>
