From the patch notes on the TEST SERVER "- If two spells of the same type are applied to a target (i.e. stuns), the second spell will no longer drop when the first one does."<a href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=tup&message.id=13" target=_blank>Test Server Patch Notes</a>

<DIV>This makes me so happy I could cry. Even if it only effects stuns, that is such a boon to use with daunting gaze / uncertainty. I can't tell you how many times I've cast daunting gaze just to have the monster continue attacking. Just about every single class except for a few priests gets short stuns, and they really mess up the effectivness of our long 12 second / 8 second stuns.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Maybe it will also prevent stuns from breaking mez, that would be great too.</DIV>

<DIV>Its a step in the right direction. if nothing else it is good to know I cna let swashies and similiar classes with short duration mezes attempt to do their thing, and have it actually be a help rather than a hinderance to me doing ym thing.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also good for lower level Enchanters. I know I regularly grouped with wizards and conjuros who at thos elevels had stuns comparable to DG, but were prone to wearing off early due to the bug.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
