Mez training option at 20

<DIV>Ok, I heard they were going to wipe our character choices again because initially some of them didn't have descriptions, which caused people to pick stuff they didn't want.  I picked the level 20 stifle upgrade because I figured the Fascinate upgrade would cap out at the same level as Fascinate...  but then I heard that the Fascinate upgrade works on mobs that are higher level than the ones Fascinate will work on.  So can anyone confirm what the max level is that the Fascinate upgrade trait can be used on?</DIV>
