Construct of Order? broken?

<DIV>I just hit 32 and put on adept 1 Construct of order. Its supposed to summon a pet that attacks the target till hes dead.</DIV> <DIV>However, when I summon him with my enemy targeted, the fairy (yes hes a fairy) says I cannot do that. And it wont respond to any pet commands.</DIV> <DIV>Is anyone else having this problem? Im the highest Illusionist on so I cant ask any higher ones questions.</DIV>

<DIV>It works for me.  However you cannot tell it to attack, it just automatically does.  I haven't really payed attention to make sure, but I believe you must already have engaged the target prior to casting it or it will do nothing.</DIV>

<DIV>I get the same message. Xiaber says sorry i can't do that, or whatever. However if you look at the chat spam you'll see the construct merrily swinging away. He doesn't do much damage like 20 a pop for me, but he does work.</DIV>
