<DIV>As I am sure many of you have complained about in the past, while Snowfilled Steps for the wizards give fish sight and see invisibility for the group, our Shadowsight gives sonicvision and see invisibility for the group.  The first thing the group says when it is cast is to get it off fast.  I was thinking of how to make a change that wouldn't be to just give a group invis.  I think a good change would be to have the sonicsight replaced by the erudite version of sight, sense aura.  Although I haven't played an erudite, I understand it is not an obnoxious buff that changes your vision to a night form, but instead if gives an aura around casters.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone feel this would be an annoying change?  I think it would be useful since you could pick out the casters in every group while not being obnoxious about it so as not to bother those who don't really care.</DIV>

<DIV>I actually like this as sonic vision. I often have problems seiegn things in dark areas so it works great to see stuff. I would however liek them to bring back Reveal Shadows that we sued to have, It was a gorup non-concentration buff we had that grnated fish vision and see invis, (may have been see hidden, but I knwo it was one of them). The spell I foudn very usefull, but it was removed when they improved vision, see invis, and see hidden  spells. We have not gotten any replacement to it since then.</DIV>

I hate it.  It was put to good use in the Den of the Devourer the other week (For the Books), but the group comically referred to it as Puke Vision.<div></div>

Why bother ever using it unless you have brightness issues in dark places?  You can cast see invis on everyone.  As far as the Den, the books have enough sparkle effects to look like mini solar flares.  I'm sure they can be found with just see invis.

That's what I thought until my guildies and I were in a den run.  I cast it on the tank so he could see the books and realized it was still on me.  Within 30 seconds the whole group was buffed with it and I was happy to not have to call out where the books were on TS. :smileyvery-happy:

A much more fun way to find the books as a warlock is just to throw out Chaosstorm every now and then and you find most of the books that way <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

I think the best change for this spell would be to remove it from our repertoire.  Maybe replace it with a spell that makes us sparkle perewinkle or something. <span>:smileyvery-happy:</span><div></div>

As is, just delete it, or better yet, add our crappy bind sight to it so that when you cast it everyone in the group randomly swaps sight.</P>
