Not even that, spell would have the same cast, recast, same number of procs and damage, just the duration is reduced. Waste of points. <div></div>

the deal is same dmg in lesser time = more dmg over time totally. but spell is buged - the duration isn't lowered correct. just like dark infestation aa is buged too - and prolly will stay buged for years...<div></div>
