<DIV>Hello Warlocks,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm glad to say that I'm enjoying being a Warlock and that it only seems to be getting better (for me at least) as I go along.  I'm currently level 48 and have a couple of things I have been wondering about that'd I'd like some feedback on.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm a bit shady on this new Transmuting thing, so I apologize in advance if I have it all wrong, and I know it's fairly new.  I know a little of it, I think, but not much.  How does it work?  What advantages and disadvantages are there to this?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>From the info that I have read about and heard about, I pretty much think it's..  You buy a Adept spell (does it matter which spell or if it's a master spell?), and give it to a crafter, such as a tailor, and then they break down the spell into a component with stats and modifiers that can be placed in a crafted item.  In the crafted item, the component adds to the attributes of the item.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is that right?  Are there advantages to using one spell over the other?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>And just as a random side question.. :smileytongue:  I'm close to level 50 and finally obtaining Devastation, but I haven't been able to locate a Master spell of this for myself.  I apologize if this is a silly question, but are certain mobs more prone to dropping certain spells and types of spells?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is there a certain mob that I should be going after for this spell?  Or is it really, truly random?  What zone should I be searching in for this level 50 spell?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks in advance.</DIV>

<P>Your best bet is to search the forums for the list of adornments, find the type of item you want, then ask a transmuter to quote you a price and make it for you. It's more complicated than just giving them a spell or other dropped loot and getting the adornment from it. You'll need to know what stat you want and for which armor slot. Some types are made by crafters other than transmuters, but they need to obtain the crafting components from transmuters, so it will take some effort if you don't have someone in your guild that can do it. </P> <P>Mobs around lvl 50 will drop lvl 50 masters. </P>

As a Sage I can make adornments that procs power from hostile spells. This is for weapon slot. Dont have the stats as I havent made one yet, tho ask for a sage for powerprocs.Seems like Woodworker can make deaggro adornment for weapons that aslo procs on hostile spells, so might be a desicion there.<p>Message Edited by oyroy on <span class=date_text>11-24-2006</span> <span class=time_text>09:38 AM</span>
