But I'm not staying a Wizard.  I have been a wizard for less than 24 hours, and I have no desire to remain one.  I was tired of being the forgotten, but you know what, I think I will take being a semi-rare gem in the rough, than I will a over-hyped flavor of the month.  I may complain, but I will never consider doing this again.  Bring it SOE, you will not make me give up in my fight for equality <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.  -Voltair DaQuoth68 Warlock, I mean Wizard, I mean Warlock again soon....ps Costy lesson learned, lost 5 60+ Masters to find out that I would have been happier just staying the course.pps The SolRo and no ideal God for Warlocks kinda pushed me over the top, that and the nerf to concussive from beta, I was like screw this I quit you.ppps I did want to move back to freeport, did the betrayl at 17 a long time ago, but decided to try out wizard...well, borrring..sorry sorcerer brothers and sisters, but you are too generic for me...gimmie something with a lil flavor...or poison.<div></div>

when you say betrayed to wiz do you mean you rolled a new wizard up? or can you switch somehow in game from wizard to warlock.  I have a 17wizard that i want to switch to warlock and would rather not start from scratch

The first step to becoming a wizard is that you have to learn how to [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] and moan about everything.  Everything else is cake <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<DIV>I went the other way a while ago, and have also gone ranger->assassin.  I don't think you really get a handle on the other class for a good 2-3 days of playing.  Might want to wait a bit before betraying back!</DIV>

I betrayed my Warlock around... 44 i think, and I did Soo much less damage, the only fun was having an evac spell for me or my party. Eventually I did the betrayal back to fp, ohwell I didn't lose any masters but atleast I learned all the languages hehe.(( its quite funny to see the fustration when somone can't insult you without you knowing their language ))<div></div>

I have been considering going wizard since i heard you can switch during betrayal, plus I prefer Qeynos.  If you switch cities but do not switch classes do you still lose all your spells?  Dont know if i want to go wizard though.  Can't quite decide.<div></div>

<P>You lose your spells as soon as you become a citizen of whatever city you join.  In the process of betraying you lose your city faction and become an exile.</P> <P>Neutral classes like warlock/wiz can be in either city, so you can do that.  You will lose your spells even if your class or city doesn't change.</P>
