This is definately a step in the right direction. The recast is liveable and the hate redux is encounter-wide with a lonnng range. This coupled with EoF AAs (lower resistability), Diety blessings/miracles, Armor Set procs, Imbuements, power pool increases, and higher mitigation for casters.. I am more than confident that we can find the right combination to help with aggro-management and still stay alive long enough to pump out serious damage. All that and the troubadour, illusionist, coercer, pally, and guardian dehates stay the same or improve with EoF AAs.

I can feel the top of raid parse calling my name once EoF goes live

Was concussive resistable before? I didn't think it was, due to the fact that it affected the caster as opposed to a target enemy.

By the way, can a mob have a negative hate towards you? I mean is it a waste to cast a deaggro before any attack/nuke? Because if your hate towards a mob is zero and negative isn't possbile it would be wasted. Wouldn't it?

if you get teh AA line and max out the concussive portion...which will decrease threat 35% more...it is about 2-3k deaggro.

It does not appear to need that anymore, and it is encounter wide.

its a + in my book

However, if you pull a mob with Vullian Interference while you have Boon of the Damned on a tank, the mobs will go straight for the tank. It essentially just puts you on the hate list even if your hate is Zero. Its a good way to keep the tank on his toes hehe.Daenarys70 WarlockMob SquadKithicor

The second-tier line of achievements contains a buff to concussive which further increases the hate reduction amount. Of course ... you'll have to trade-off on something else. It's definitely one of the best changes.Edit - see Xede's post above. heh I should read first.

Message Edited by Vicontessa on 11-08-2006 12:04 PM
