Trying to understand Boon of the Damned

Ok, I am thinking we need to have a dev or designer come and explain the new effects of boon of the damned so that we can stop all these ill posts and get a true understanding of exactly what the rate of the 3% really adds.I do appreciate that at least they are listening to our concerns and trying to find a balanced fix for us.From what I understand there is a 10% chance to cast Boon of Shadows on target's attacker, last for 16 sec.Decreases power of target, increases power of caster, and reduces hate to caster by 2 or 3%.So the question is, Does it stack on top of each other.  In a long fight this spell may proc 3 or 4 times, and has a chance to proc on any mob hitting the target.So if the MT has boon cast on him, does this mean that he has a chance of increasing his hate by 3% X <how many times this spell procs)I do believe it needs an increase, specially for a master version, that is now selling for 10 to 15pp instead of the 1 or 2pp it was currently going for.A little insight from the devs to clear all this up would be great for sure.  As I am sure this is still in the testing stages and will be changed as we give our feedback on the issues at hand.<div></div>

Yay another warlock from Antonia Bayle. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />And I agree.  This needs some kind of definitive explanation.  As I understand it ... it's a flat % transfer.  Per cast of an offensive spell.  Per the entire time you have the buff active.  Not related to power siphon proc.  That's just as I understand it.  Now .. if it worked as a stackable hate buff with the proc ... now that would be great. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>

<div></div>The hate transfer and power proc are 2 seperate effects of the spell, 2-3% of all hate goes to target and it has a 10% chance to increase power. The effects window shows that pretty clearly imo.<div></div>
