<DIV>Still learning the raid detail after now attending approx 9 raids and testing tactics etc I now find myself with decent resists, in a nice place on the DPS chart and enjoying things very nicely thanks to the help on this forum.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>What I would like to start doing now is to better understand the benefits that I can gain from other classes and also the benefits I can give to other classes myself.  WHo should I cast my group and raid wide DPS buffs on for the best effect ?  All bar one are Master I.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also and most importantly what are the benefots from others I should be looking to make sure are on me.  For example with a Paladin in my group I know I would get Amends from them (If I ask nicely heheh) and get 39% of my aggro transferred to that Pally so I can open up more and kic out DPS.  With a bard in the group I get good mana regen, same with a chanter.  I like the Troubador group as I get good de aggo (is it 39% reduction again I forget??) and I have heard that a coercer on a raid gives raid wide aggro reductions.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Tell me everything there is to know about what buffs I can get and from what classes that will be useful to me and also what I should be doing with mine.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Again of course thanks in advance.  I should really turn all this stuff into one post for others to read at some point because the info provided by this forum for me has been more useful thus far than I can convey.</DIV>

A troub in your group is really all you need.  Troub + Paladin is overkill, and all other worthwhile buffs you would want are raid wide.<div></div>

<DIV>Yeah a troub is all I care about.. and then at least one other dps class to put Malignant Grasp on.. a necro pet suffices if I don't have any fighters or scouts in my group.</DIV>

<P>and inkeeping with the last poster why the troubadour and Illusionist <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P>OK so I know why the troub but it would really help anyone reading this know exactly what benefit the troub gives.  Heck we might even find that someone knows about a spell the Troub does or can do that isn't common place and more can learn.</P>

<DIV>The key things troubs have are... non-fighter aggro reduction, damage procs on spells, shortterm spell casttime reduction buff, passive spell casttime reduction, increased crits, power regen.  Along with a number of other helpful buffs... hp regen, assorted resist buffs, stamina...</DIV>

<P>Inquisitor = spell haste massive one </P> <P>Illusionist = SUPER crack (comprare to troubadur), Savant (massive mana preservation), Dynamism (offensive proc + de-agro)</P>

<DIV>Don't know what spell haste you're talking about Inq's. If it's fanaticism, that's just a small reuse buff. The cleric AA's gives a haste/reuse buff that is nice but Templars are known to get it more often then Inqs 'cause they are slower casters. As for the Illusionist, Savante is nice but the Coercer gives the same proc as Dynamism and has more power regen. I think templar/inq is a toss up really, same as Coercer/Illucionist. Troub over dirge for sure <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. There's probably a healer more suited for a caster group, Furies give Int buff.</DIV>

<P>Bud... coercer don't give any procs .... telling you since I have as main lvl 70/50 coercer <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P>Dynamism = +extra damage -fixed amount of hate but you have to be within group goes off 33%</P> <P>Coercer = Harmonious link = -23% hate across raid and other thing that harm link do is give person damage shield (-hate and damage shield not related but comes in bandle lol)</P> <P>Yes coercer produce more crack then any other class in game but illusionist have upper hand for assisting casters...</P>

<DIV>Once illusionist get savant, i do believe they are better than coercers at power regen.</DIV>

<DIV>Coercer baseline crack in combat is 42 (ease) +14.6 (beholder) +41 (gorging toughts) - that is on as long as combat goes. Savant is nice but its not good enouth... Channel have a bit longer reuse timer but its also add up as an emergency spell</DIV> <DIV>But all in all once enchanter get Flow of Mana its along 12 power per second to any given person within group</DIV>

Troubadours are the most important to us because of the de-aggro buff, HOWEVER..... they also give a tremendous boost to our dps. They have very good spell procs, a fast casting buff (which completely pwns with maxed AGI aa) and jesters cap which reduces reuse timers (again, it completely pwns with AGI aa). Second most important is having a coercer somewhere in the raid. They give the MT a nice extra chunk of aggro and can cast a raidwide buff that reduces aggro by like 23% or something. Think it's called telepathic link.I prefer to have someone with an INT buff in my group so i can go more resists, +power procs and dmg procs on my gear withuot having to worry about getting my INT capped.Daenarys70 WarlockMob SquadKithicor<div></div>
