There has to be a logical order in which casting the right spells will give you high damage. I've talked to many other warlocks, and they just say, "Cast whatever". I don't know, I just feel there has to be more to it than that. <div></div>

only thing i can say is make sure your DoT's are constantly ticking and cast the nukes whenever they are up and use deaggro when you feel you may go a little overboard on DPS.

Make sure you cast DI and Aura of Nihilistics whenever they're up, then it all depends on how well you can keep the rest of your spells rotated with as little down time as possible.  Of course getting your big spells off is a priority, but make sure you toss in your DoT's in between so you're spikes are well balanced.

<DIV>To max dps I always start with Dark Infestation, vulian to proc it fast, then apoc, distortion depending on the fight ae/single target then cycle ae's/dd'</DIV> <DIV>s as they refresh I dont realy mess with our little dots as there just waisted casting time vs our big ae/single target nukes.  I do always keep DI up unless the fights almost over then I just burn whatever DD"s I can.</DIV>

Hmm, if the epic you are hitting is highly disease/poison resistant then you will have no joy either.  Our debuff will help a bit, but sometimes it is up to other classes to shine.<p>Message Edited by Robbpilot on <span class=date_text>06-26-2006</span> <span class=time_text>01:53 PM</span>
