Just depends...some slots the dracomancer is better, some slots the black heart is better...I can tell you the dracomancer looks a hell of a lot cooler though.  And 4 posts to reserve?  There's not that many slots..lol... <div></div>

Relic Pants are now 27INT only, they do not have 15STR on them anymore.
