lol the hate reduction is a joke, if i remember right the last vulian line at master 1 decreased agro by 600 ish... at level 70 that sucks especially for us...

Vulain will not magically solve all your aggro problems, but when used throughout a fight it will magically keep your overall aggro lower. 444 threat decrease at adept 3 and 508 at master 1 is abotu equal to half of a fighters AE taunt, if I remember numbers right, so it adds up to an extra full taunt every 2 casts.
