Did SOE ninja fixed Seal line???

<div>I had yestoday wierd expirience with my warlock in palace .... Normally with my coercer orange conned mob = 50% resist rate garanty (even taking in account my coercer have only masters). Now with warlock (M1 Seal of Ebon Toughts) orange cons.... +6 levels (low orange con) - ZERO resist (no debuffed used) +7 lvls - barely 25% spells bonce out  +8 lvls here I started see normal pathern then about 50% bonce out. Kinda odd... Anyone seen similar picture?</div>

Pallies and SK's get an AA that raises subjugation, piercing, slashing, crushing, ministration, disruption and ordination of the group by up 34 at max level.  And I think it stacks with seal line, though I'm not sure.  At master I seal, that would be like 60 to your casting skills.  You could easily hit reds with it.</p>

I've always had great luck with the seal line. My wizard buddy always complains when I'm not with him because everything seems to get resisted.<div></div>
