<div> Earlier this week I upgraded a some of my spells to ADEPT III.    Today I noticed when loging on that my RIFT spell ADEPT III only does 3920 now.  I could swear than when I first scribed it, it was almost 4100.    My int is 420 not buffed at lvl 68.    I was looking at other threads here and found this thread with print screens of what someone else has for ADEPT III RIFT. </div><div><a target="_blank" href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=24&message.id=17276">http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=24&message.id=17276</a></div><div>  I also noticed similar things on void distortion and Nebula.  It appears that the damage they now do is 100-200pts lower than it was when I first scribed the spells.   Anyone else seeing something like this?</div>

Are you sure when you looked before you weren't buffed a little? You INT cap is close to 500. Maybe you were in a group and buffed a little when you looked before?

<div>This will happen if you level and do not get additional + int items to maintain you distance from the cap.</div><div> </div><div>Example:  Spell does 1k damage with Int at the cap for your level.  You level once, and are now 10 Int below your new cap.  Your spell now does 980 damage.</div><div> </div><div>This is well known to the Dev's, it's an unintended consequence of the change to spell-scaling up with us.  Now that the no longer scale, the damage is static, and scales only with your Int.</div>

<div></div>I am well aware of the INT problem when leveling.   At this time I didn't level  so that is not the issue.   Look at the link and look at the damage of what this guys RIFT spell does.   Then look at the damage of mine.  I am at work so I will have to wait to get a print screen of it.
