New Mage hate reduction Spell ?!?!?!

<div>I was going thru my spells last night and saw a spell I have never seen before called Concussive. I Examined it and it was a</div><div>Level 15, Mage, non upgradable, hate reduction spell. For me as a level 58 Warlock it reduced hate by max of over 1700 (do not remember exact amounts) and has a 30 second recast timer.</div><div> </div><div>I browse the forums and boards alot and do not remember seeing this in update notes or anything.</div><div> </div><div>Is this new or is it something that I just missed and have not used all this time.  </div>

<div>It's fairly new like last major update or so i think. there's a lot of info on it on the warlock forums here. it's basically the dev's answer to warlocks getting so much hate. i honestly dont know how well it works because i group with a paly about every night and am blessed with amends so hate isn't a prob for me. i have this in my toolbar but i rarely cast it and when i do it was probably a waste of power. i know there's a lot of posts about it on here though so do a search for more specific info</div>
