Why is Devastation limited to 5 enemies?

<div>I know they changed some spells to make them unlimited and do not understand why they didnt change Devastation as well.  First of all, there are only a handful of mobs in game where there are more than 5 enemies so why not just let us excel in the rare situations - which are mostly raids anyways - and we can die in a hit or 2.</div><div> </div><div>Just thought I would comment on this so Devs can consider not limited our New replacement to only 5 mobs.</div>

<div>It used to be maximum of 5 targets, it was changed but they did not change the flavor text. Examine the spell and examine a spell from the Suffocating Cloud line next to it. You will see Suffocating cloud has a max AoE target field , devastation absolution, and the AE stun line do not as they are only limited by the size of the encounter.</div>
