Not sure if it helps but I've seen one drop off trash mobs in SotL as well as the Arch Lich.

Got mine from SotL (froglock raid) Guild has pulled two out of there as well as devastation.

I'd assume master, unless people are farming SotL and Arch Lich for ad1s <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.Mine was a drop off the broker.<div></div>
