Crazy master day... what happened to Warlock ones?

Hey all well post LU17 was a insane master day for everyone, some guilds getting 50+ Master 1's did anyone see / get any of the decent Warlock ones? or did they forget to put them in? seen plenty of Asepct of Darkness, Chaotic Maelstrom etc but none of our uber ones did anyone else have any luck ? <div></div>

well my guild was one of those 50 + master 1's we got 2 warlock spells one of the curse line the str int one and an intrusion spell and also in those 50+ we did nto see any wizard fury or  evil shaman plenty of warrior type ones and scout  though <div></div>

yeah i think monks / defilers were uber happy loads of tank masters also, only saw one Wizzie one also <div></div>

<P>I got Null Caress Master 1 in Poet's Palace that night. Beat out a fellow guildie for it (sorry, Dion :smileywink: ). It teleports targets and slows them by 104%! Now, if there were only a practical use for this spell....:smileysad: Better than nothing, I suppose.</P> <P>The night before, I saw Boundless Fury drop for a guildie, and I'd have much rather gotten that. Mine's at adept 3, but M1 was nice enough to want it. Devastation+Boundless Fury=piles of dead mobs at your feet.</P> <P>Honestly, looking over the spell list, there aren't too many T6 Warlock Masters that I'd drool over or want more than Deva Master 1--a T5 spell. Maybe Dark Infestation or Soul Blister /shrug. If I find some motivation later, I'll put up a screenie of the Null Caress M1. Not quite sure what 104% speed decrease equals, unless it means that it ports the mobs and roots them. Will have to experiment with it. We had quite a few masters on our list as well, but the only Warlock Master I I saw was Dark Infestation.  Only Wizard Master I was Ring of Ice.  This was out of like 30 or so masters.

On Steamfont I scored Boundless Fury master1 that night.  It does up to 400 damage per target per tick, for 2k damage AE in a 2 second cast.  This spell is amazing now and...haha you losers don't have it<span>:smileytongue:</span>

<P>Was able to get a hold of Netherous Realm Master 1 off the server discoverer in AB for 9pp.  AB generally has quite a few Warlock Masters on the market at any given time, although they generally dissappear within hours.  Saw Null Caress Master 1 and was wondering how it would work... it slows mobs by 104%... What does it cause them to moon-walk or something?  Guess it probably just cancels any speed buffs... not that mobs'd have any.</P> <P>-Aldebaran</P>

We were also pretty fortunate on Master Day 2005. I scribed Null Caress, Shadowed Pyre, Curse of Nothingness, Curse of Desolation, and Boundless Fury. There were others, but I already had those. Anarchic Maelstrom and Thwart were among others I've seen, but the folks that have them want ridiculous plat for them. One guy wants 22pp for Thwart, a 150 dmg upg from Ad3. That is 7 dmg per plat. Enjoy that spell as it rots in your bank... <div></div>
