Dueling or killing solo mobs strategies

What do you all think is the best way to duel with warlock or killing a ^^^^ heroic mob? I'm experimenting with this in those maj dul house quests but I can't really find a good skill sequence to kill tougher mobs. They usually get me down to yellow/orange so there has to be a better way to do this. I'm lvl 58 warlock with good legendary crafted equip and adept III nukes/AoE roots. <div></div>
