<DIV>I reached lvl 40 this weekend and am having a ton of problems getting my INT up. The way I understand this is that at lvl 40 my max INT should be 280 (40x7). I have scoured the broker for INT based gear upgrades and the best I can seem to get is to about 180 or so. This includes potions, hex dolls, and /respec to max INT. Also, there is no way I could afford all the gear to get me to the max. Right now I am at 140 or so. I have about 5 plat right now, and it would pretty much wipe me out to get there. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Am I missing something? What should I be looking for at my level?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Rasing INT does seem to be difficult/expensive. A rare imbued wand has nice +INT, and there's the Tundra Walker's armor set that drops in Everfrost. Some of the nicest gear I have at the moment came from Harclave--got a pair of boots with +15 Int, and gloves that are about the same in there, as rare drops off the Mushroom King. The Arena Champion drops a nice bracelet with some +INT on it as well. When you get a little higher, there's some nice quested gear in DoF. One I particularly reccommend is an instance entered by talking to a genie on the pirate island. It's like a mini-arena inside the genie bottle, and if you win you get a choice of reward. Thing I took a ring with +10 int or so in there. Also Alijah the Embalmer has a series of quests with a couple nice caster pieces, and a NPC at the bottom of the dock/ramp, immediately to your right, can't remember name, has a series of quests.

<P>I think the max is only reachable for a warlock if they are in a group with other members buffing int.</P> <P>When you reach 50 there is a ton of int gear available.</P> <P>I highly recommend: </P> <P>Cambric pants +20int +8str</P> <P>Cambric blouse +20int +8str i think (id recommend imbued)</P> <P>Producers hat +20 int +8str</P> <DIV>Hoop of flames +15 int ears (easy POF quest)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>There are also good int weapons, forearms, bangles, ring etc from quests and a pearl ring of int is good too.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>With all that my int is still only around 280 and not likely to go up much more.</DIV>

A few of us got screwed on that last TS patch. If you had the Cambric pants with no embue they turned form 14 int ( I think) to 20 Wis). Please feedback this, if it happened to you. If you had them orginally with the embue they should have converted properly to 20 Int. </P> <P> </P> <P>I didnt have mine embued, the proc can break root, so opted out. Now Im left holding a pear of pants with 20 wisdom(</P>

<P>140 at 40? Well my advice is to just do some homework. I looked up character profiles in 2players and I looked up int gear per lvl in ogaming. I also keep solid supply of potions on me. My warlock is lvl 31 and I have 214 INT buffed. I have noticed that there is a bad drop in INT gear in the 40 range though but hopefully I'll be able to keep up with the cap. I so love my damage right now....its dirty dirty.</P> <P>(get my adept3 gift spell in 1 lvl woooooooooot!)</P>
