lvl 20 Poisonous Veil

<DIV>I recently got to lvl 20 on my Warlock twink and wanted to turn my Poisonous Veil spell into adept 3 but all the sages I talk to say that they don't have the recipie for it.  Does anyone know what recipie they need (if there is any).</DIV>

This recipe does not currently appear in any sage books; it was a mistake on SOE's part when LU13 went live.  The recipe will be added to the appropriate books with Live Update #15, which is currently on Test.  So hopefully within a week, we'll have upgrades.  LU15 also fixes the fact that the App IV versions of Noxious Blast are showing up as Noxious Bolt.
