Adept 3 at each tier

I have 3 rares right now that I have already made into ink.  I am looking to update a t3 and 2 t4 spells to Adept 3.  I have not seen a ton of discussion on this topic.  I would like opinions on what spells to update at each tier 3-6.  My current thoughts, since I am lvl 37. t3 - Noxious bolt t4 - Ice Flame and Nil Distortion. (I took Nul absolution as Master 2 training) I had intended to upgrade Flashfreeze at t3, but it is now a lvl 30 spell. Comments? <div></div>

Not sure if of the exact level but there should be something in the grevious bolt line that fits in that level range.  Thats our aoe stun line that probably would have a fair amount of use.
