It procs with Deter, Ice Flame and Nil Absolution also. So aparently it procs on all DD (not just poison) but never on DoT's.</DIV>

Yep, never procs on the dot spells.  It does proc on Netheros Lord's spells though <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>
