Devastation Master 1

[Gnomie]

Along with Ice Comet, and nearly every other highly desired Master I (even the nonlvl50 ones), Devastation drops in most if not all of the splitpaw zones.  Only one (to my knowledge) has dropped on Steamfont and it was snatched by my guildie for a measley 7plat <span>:smileyhappy:</span> <div></div>

That's actualy a good thing, if you both had the same upgrade of the spell, lets say adept III. If you would cast it, and your friend casts devastation 1sec later, your casting of devastation will get cancelled and his cast will just go on ... This is a stacking issue of the same spell and SoE is aware of it. With the revamp these kind of problems will be fixed. Vexia 47th Warlock Sybryn 50th Zerker <div></div>

Rain spells? It won't stack because it's a DoT. There's a rumour that DoTs will stack after the combat update but no one seems to know for sure. <div></div>

50gp? you have to be kiding me it went for 10pp here <span>:smileysad:</span> And i am surprised you asked who is twin in game was with that description considering we were guildmates Xede before you transfered servers <span>:smileyvery-happy:</span> And in one week there were 3 drops of Master Devestation just suddenly on Befallen none since and none before that. We only briefly looked at it - but after hunting everyday together for months I havent noticed all the grey 523's trickling off the encounter stopping mine... Myabe it would block it if they were not the same level of spell... This is no normal spell.... nearly all the other i can think of (especially DoTs) show up on the maintained bar but this doesnt -- must be some reason for that.</span><div></div>

Probably the same reason a number of our other spells didn't have icons for a while. The devs didn't bother to put them in. I personally still fail to see the point in having icons for the absolution line and don't see the need for devastation to have one either. Why worry about Devastation not stacking with that of your duo partner anyway? It's not like you won't both get the full benefit of casting it due to the duration and recast. <div></div>

Our guild has no loyalty and doesn't raid at all really. In short it sucks unless you like to talk and group a few times.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>P.S. If it would stack he could cast his spell without any problem; but now he cant, the reason is, the master version is more powerfull then the adept version and it doesn't let you cancel a more powerfull version of the spell.
