Need help finding the lvl 30 & 35 fun spells

I've been looking all over and haven't found these yet. I'm a lvl 34 warlock and would like these at some point...I checked the FAQ stickied on top and it looks to be wrong. It says to check the scribe next to royal accountant fowler, he doesn't sell them.Those who have them, where did you buy these spells?

<div></div>Try the scribes in the building directly  across the street  from the one you are checking in inside the harbor. Found them in there, thanks... can't believe I haven't tought of that sooner, I ran around everywhere looking for it for 2 days!
