Warlock Class Quest - Qeynos "Path of the Warlock"

<DIV>My son is a few levels ahead of me, but this concerns me too because I plan on taking the same path.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>He's trying to satisfy the Path of the Warlock quest (Qeynos), and he already has the stones from the Sabertooth Chanter and Oracle, but the Diviner doesn't drop anything, nor does he trigger the message No Quest Items Found. <P>Been awhile since I did this but if you run from Archer Woods going to BB the Gnolls you need will spawn and you don't even have to kill the regular ones. I'd kill the ones that spawn on me zone into BB and go back on the path to Archer and more spawn. Finished that part of the quest in about 10 min.</P> <P>Chipper Bogglecog 48 Warlock</P> <P> </P>

<div></div>I think it's just a run of bad luck. I completed this quest today & it took a while before I got the update from each of the 3 gnoll types. You will only get a message when you actually get the stone for the update, so don't be worried by not seeing a "No Quest Item Found" message. <P>Actually, he played another two hours and still no luck, then our guild leader suggested that a lower level character went along to see if that would help the trigger, and it did, on the second kill. Apparently, they won't drop anything if they are grey, and many of them (not all) were. When my level 17 sorcerer joined with him, it opened up more opportunities for him I guess.</P> <P>Thanks for the help.
