<DIV>Guys, i have seen a warlock in Freeport in cobalt or some sort of standing on 2 legs dog like creature form.  Anyone can tell me what spell/ability/item that is?  Character who was in that form was level 50 warlock.</DIV>

More than likely I'd say that's the gnoll illusion.  Either from gnoll bone shard collection quest, or the illusion pelt you can get from the Splitpaw expansion through a quest involving a heroic zone.

You get an item called Terramite Shard of Transformation for completing the group arena in Splitpaw. It has infinite charges of "Cannibal Gnoll" (red eyes and hunched over) illusion. Two drop every time the arena is beaten so it's really easy to get. There's another Gnoll illusion item that makes you look like one of the bulky evil Underpaw Gnolls and you get from the Fur For Fral quest in Splitpaw but it only has a single charge. <div></div>
