I'd just be hoping for: Franksen's Fearsome Flay: Shares the same re-use timer as Soul Flay, and is of Adept II quality. As a bonus to Soul Flay, it does not suck.

I'd rather have the longer stun if Soul Flay was worthwhile, but it's not, so I have HVB.</span><div></div>
