Its worth in case you will pick at 40lvl stun. If not then let it be adpet I.

<P>because I wanna come in under the radar when doing damage I keep some of my spells at adept 1.  You want to do damage without attracting aggro.  Naturally you need big nukes, but you must also be able to supply damage without getting too much attention.  It's a fine line.  I left NB at adept 1 partly because it requires a t4 rare and is the lowest t4 nuke.  You decide what's best for you.</P> <P>Scramjet</P>

By doing very hard missions you will facing lvl 57-59 mobs ... and here unfortuanlly TNN wont help you at all - you WILL use Aura of Emptiness as your primary stun and here HVB definitely would be better choice... So once combat rewamp will go live I'll respec TNN into HVB</DIV> <DIV>Which lead to answer onto your question - if you going to pick HVB  as lvl 40 treat getting Nox Bolt to Adept 3 not really relavant</DIV>
