Tier 2 and 3 Adept 3's

Hey all, I recently rolled a Sorcerer alt, and he is pretty well funded by my main, enough so that I can make a couple Adept 3's, 2 or 3 per tier. Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should upgrade? I am already planning on Frozen Manacles, because I solo alot, but any other ones you guys can recommend as well? Sorry if this has been posted before, I looked and couldn't find any real answers.

Ice Spike(T2) is a definite, you will use it forever. Also get Dark Distortion(T3). Grab Freeze(T2) if you have cash left over.

However, if you solo a lot, i would forgo the cannibalize line since if you need to do that to finish a mob its most probably too late for you (well that how it seems to work for me :p)</DIV>
