All it does is allow you to nuke as if your were a 51 warlock. Not for damage, but resistances and stancking issues. If you and a nother warlock both try and land devistation at the same time the one with the wand will land and other will not. Other than that there are about nothing else it does. <div></div>

The dmg is increased actually. As it stands now if 2 50 Warlocks ,neither with the wand,cast Devast at the same time the last one to land it will overwrite the tick of the first devast. A warlock with the wand will land it no matter what and the other warlock will simply get a "Would not take effect" message until Devast is done ticking. This also plays true for BSS ticks even for warlocks not in the same group in the raid. They will get "Would not take effect" message because I am essentionally a 51 Warlock. This wand has always given additional dmg to spells and additional stats to buffs. Your spell dmg is based upon Noctivagance. Not disruption as it is thought by most. Disruption is the skill that allows you to cast nukes effectively( ie. Fizzles etc).

<DIV>Swiftness is a melee proc'ed haste buff that lasts about 30 sec. About as useless a proc as it gets.</DIV>
