Devastation recipe?

<DIV>Now with the advanced apothecary volume 4 any tradeskiller 40+ can make the ink so long they have the book and has sufficient skill to make it in apothecary.  It will cost a arm and a leg in fuel cost prolly around 7-10 fuel for the final combine to a ink. Alchemists still will make it with alot more efficiency with fuel and such.</DIV>
