Nil and Dark Distortion. Are they really on the same timer?

<DIV>No they are not. BSS and DD are on the same timer (as one is a trait of the other). But BSS/DD are not on the same timer as Nil D. Wizard's Flame and Fire are on the same timer. That is why they have a 6sec recast and our Nil D has a higher recast. </DIV>

<P>Really?</P> <P>I always thought that Fire and Flame were on the same timer and thats why Flame had such a short recast time. Since thats not the case...this calls for a nerf (even though ND's dmg is much greater than Fire and Flame combined)!</P>
