Hits for like 175, but an AoE stun with a short recast that affects Epic mobs will have a place on my tool  bar even at 0 damage. <div></div>

What is the duration of the stun?

It, in fact, is not an AoE stun but a single target stun with an Encounter AoE dmg component. I took the liberty of taking [Removed for Content] to demonstate the effects of Dark Nebula Master I. These mobs in the ss were right next to each other and as you can see Dark Nebula hit all 3 mobs. I casted Dark nebula on them and backed up several paces. <FONT color=#999999>I think there is a bit of confusion on those spells which part are AE's and the stun/stiffle is just for the target</FONT>
