Qeynos Warlock

<DIV>I have a Qeynos based sorceror and intend him to be a warlock. Both the original manual and the updated manual (downloaded a couple months back) indicate warlocks can be from either city. Since I am 16.5 now I just wanted to doublecheck that this was the case.</DIV> <DIV>Thanks in advance</DIV>
