Nil Crystals

I got the lvl 25 spell that gives you nill crystals and I heard that you go to the rainbows in ts and you can get an item from using them. IS this true? <div></div>

The rainbows are "scrying spots" meaning you can use a scrying stone while you're standing on a rainbow and something will happen. You can buy scrying stones (for FP at least) on the Nek docs from a lizzy there. Don't know where they are for Qeynos...And yup, nill crystals are used for certain spells (buffs/netheros)
