<DIV>The problem seems to be that if a dot/dots is on the target, the main damage component from BSS is delayed to a tick or even possibly until one of those dots expire. What sucks is at the end of a fight the dmg may never get applied if the mob dies before the dmg hits.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Calypsi</DIV> <DIV>41 Warlock </DIV> <DIV>Faydark </DIV>

<DIV>Bellengere's does not interfere with the casting times of any other spells, infact other spells interfere with Bellengere's. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The problem is that the spell's small DoT effect does not stack with several other DoTs in the game, including Dark Emanations from the Warlock spell line and the DoT part of Aura of Darkness. If any of these DoTs are in effect when Bellengere's is cast it can not take affect until the DoT wears off, and that applies to both the large DD hit and the DoT aspect of the spell, which is why you often see big hits appearing out of nowhere some time after Bellengere's was cast and appeared to do nothing. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>That in itself is a problem, but if the DoT on Bellengere's runs out before the spell that is stopping it from taking affect, all damage will be lost, and if you recast the spell before the first one has hit, again you lose all the damage from the first cast as the new spell replaces the previous one.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>To solve this problem either Bellengere's DoT needs to be made so it does not stack with any other DoT in the game, or the DoT part of the spell needs to be removed. Either way it needs a fix, and I think all DoTs need reviewing to make sure the only ones that dont stack are the ones from the same spell lines, DoTs cast by other classes should not affect our own.</DIV>
