First off no I'm not being serious about wizzies healing..now then....

Is anyone else familiar with the wizzy heal? I employ it often to save my groups. Unfortunately it is sacrificial so I get debt, but that doesn't bother me. I just want my group safe. Below is the tactics used for a Wizzy Heal. (Possible at all levels, no AA's needed)

First, be in a group. Pointless otherwise, its a group heal not a self heal. Second, be fighting mobs, or just one uber mob. Now then if your main tank dies, you basically have accrued the most aggro and so everything will attack YOU (This is assuming you've been nuking like a good lil wizzy). The only thing left (If the mob is within one nuke of death, don't bother the heal) is to run as far and fast as you can without leaving it's aggro zone. This I mean by running away from the group (While spamming /g with screams of "RUN! I'll get it off!!!!" and circling the outer edge of agroness (If you don't know the distance, test it with some mobs on your own. Nuke and run till they stop following, thats the edge.) Anyway stay within that circle, and run in circles, hopefully not dying in the process (Although you usually due) while your group gets a safe distance away. If there are mobs in their path, run through there first too! If you haven't died and they are safe, follow them and get away!!!!!! But for me, I'm usually dead after a good heal.

Employing this heal, a wizzy can be

I have also run in circles many times...

Although Numbing Cold reduces the need for executing the "chicken maneuver" on all but epics once you get up there...

Actually for awhile I noticed that in combat movement buffs (10% Agility AA one for example) can actually improve the "chicken maneuver" alot.... mmmm everytime I pull the "chicken maneuver" on epics I pull off the tank I don't die, and when I sit there and take it hoping they'll pull back aggro I die....

It looks [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] and you will be chided by those who say it won't matter but it does work quite well at any level...

As stated before Numbing Cold works well with this tactic, you have a chance of burning down the mobs and winning the fight. Usually if the fight gets too hairy I'll blow a fusion then numbing cold and run away a few steps back and nuke. The rest of the party will be able to hack away at the mob while it slowly walks towards you.
