Best 2h crafted staff for T4?

I'm a level 32 wizard and i'm trying to suit up my toon in MC gear. Anyways what is the best 2h option? I've invested points into freehand sorcery etc and in order to use it you can't have a secondary equipped. well all i see are the oak great staffs with +14 and i miss out on a ton of stats that way. is it even worth it? why are 2h getting screwed on stats i expected there to be like a +30 int staff.<div></div>

You don't want a 2 handed staff.  You want a wand.  Freehand will not work with anything in the 2nd hand.  So no secondary item or staffs.  Your best bet is an Oak wand.<div></div>

Randomness - If you de-equip the staff, cast freehand, and put the staff back on it still works :-p<div></div>
